Exactly this. I don't think the button will fall off or stop working, it just has more play in it than I'd like. I went into a Best Buy location to check their display model and there was no wobble at all.
Saw on Reddit people are being denied exchanges due to it only being a workmanship defect. I'm having the same issue with mine and am debating whether it is worth going back to TMobile to attempt an exchange.
I'd assume updates would have to be approved through T-Mobile, which would probably result in a small delay in rollout vs the unlocked model directly from OnePlus.
The time it took to file really has no bearing on the actual merits of the lawsuit. Attorneys file quickly like this all the time here in NY and then amend at a later date when new information is obtained through discovery, etc.

There's a definite issue with shipping happening right now. I also ordered a Black 2 XL on Monday that was supposed to ship already and has not. There's a thread on Reddit covering the issue as well. Seems a lot of orders are moving into a "delayed" status.
Just chatted with Google support. I was told that the issue would be escalated to the shipping team and that I would hear back in 24-48 hours. Starting to suspect I'm not going to be seeing a replacement. I think too many people who didn't actually have issues with their devices tried to take...
So, has anyone who has been promised a replacement Pixel for their 6P had their order shipped? I placed my order on September 14, but it still hasn't shipped.
Has to be click bait. Also, we all know what happened the last time Samsung rushed a phone to an early release. I'd like to think they've learned from the lesson that decision taught and will stick to the same release cycle.
