You may want to do your research. TKIP is no longer considered secure, and is now deprecated. It's pretty similar to WEP encryption. So to those that think this is a fix, I would highly recommend against switching from AES to TKIP as you will be leaving yourself far more vulnurable.

Have you tried power cycling it? Is it a modem router combo? Or do you have 2 separate device?

Have you tried SafeMode? It's possible there's an App running in the background that's taken over the camera? I would try Safemode, see if the camera works without issue, if so it's most likely software. If it still doesn't work in Safemode. Probably a hardware issue
