Can only the hour be changed? New to the note.

I got my note last week and I'm coming from iPhone. I had complete service drops two times now in areas im in everyday and never had less then full bars and Data on my iPhone. I drive for a living and have been watching my service go in and out all day today and my battery draining like crazy...

Watched this two days ago. I was in the fence about the note as I have been a iPhone user and only ever tried the original moto droid. Watched the whole video and just put in my order for the note because of this video. Also this seems to be a great community so android has that going for it.
