Yes this is why I won't ever buy an LG Phone ever again! They never gave an update for the Bluetooth problems. Many of my bluetooth devices pop and crackle when I connect them and try to play audio. Apparently this is a known problem and it may be a hardware issue. I went onto the LG website...
