    If you're not already, try an OEM charger (that's an official charger, one made by Samsung) even if you are using an official charger, try another one.     I would recommend disabling the mail app in system settings (if youre not worried about storage just sign out from the app) and download Inbox by Gmail it is made by google and is an amazing and intuitive email app.

    So you're wanting collages? Google photos is a very versatile app that works as photo storage as well as a good studio. You can also use google snapseed for a deeper photo editor.
