    Sanyo Zio Rooting Problem

    I wish someone could help me root this phone. If not I could use some advice trying to take screen shot with it. I have tried Shot It and other screen grabbers saying that you don't have to root the phone and they still give me an error message about rooting. Thanks, Michael
