You can actually change both the lock screen and the home screen, but it's a bit deceiving on how to do it. Press and hold on an empty spot in your home screen. When the menu comes up, in the lower left hand corner is the wallpaper setting. Select Wallpaper, then select Lock Screen. It will say...
