I have 2 friends in my same city who have 10P on VZW and have no issues so I hear how it's because I have Sprint yet my wife and brother have no issues at all with their S10e's and I never had any issues with the Note 8 or 9

I've had every Note that's been out. My wife and brother on S10'S and unfortunately after how they handled my case I believe I'm out. Once I send my old phone back and it's all settled I'll actively be looking to switch to an iPhone. I'm honestly astonished how badly they handled this
