I think it may be available on Nova Launcher. I use the MS Launcher and use the google search widget to access the feed. Gives me the option use use both MS Page and Google Feed.

My Windows app seems to he hosed today. Battery shows 0 and messages just has the waiting indicator. I can pull up the remote desktop to the phone and that works just fine.

It sort of fixed some things since I was controlling the wrong volume at first. My issue is the volume key does the following now. Ring -> Vibrate Set Mute in the menu Mute -> Vibrate -> Ring You can't go from Vibrate to mute. We also confirmed this change on a S10+ after it picked up...
