Hello, I'm having the same identical problem. The phone is an LG P-500 with Android 4.1.2. If I uninstall the Play Store update from 4.9.13 to 4.0.25 then it works ok, until it automatically updates again. As the other person says, the app opens fine but when you go to the menu on the top left...
