Just called Amazon again and they supposedly have no idea when they are going to receive the product from the "manufacturer" their c/s people are so nice but seriously how can they have no idea? This is ridiculous!!!!

Those are the people I feel the worst for! So crappy to be treated so differently from those who pre ordered online, if anything it should have been the other way around not that either would be fair either, all pre orders through sprint should have been treated equally.

I know he/she has been very quiet since the holiday weekend! That was my main source of info.

I am hopeful that instead of getting another stupid "your charger has been delayed" email at 2 o'clock in the morning I will be getting a "your order shipped email"!!!!

I emailed this morning and got the same canned response, so I called and the c/s person I spoke to said that their delivery had cleared customs so they were expecting to be shipping soon! He said to keep checking my acct the next couple days! Here's hoping!

so are they telling you that you will not your pre ordered phone?! It sounds like they are saying they aren't getting any?!

my free charger was pushed out again this morning to a ship date of today and to receive on 05/29!!!!!!

You need to inform her that the manufacturer is no longer having an issue with customs!

Called again and once again they know NOTHING!!! They have no idea when they might get phones the July 5th dates still stands, the girl supposedly spoke to her supervisor and they didn't know anything either! I am very disappointing in amazon I have ordered so much from them, not the wireless...

I called this morning and got the same story, they are waiting for their warehouse to receive them and will ship them as soon as possible :( I think I am going to try and wait it out I am worried they won't have any in the sprint stores. If Best Buy really did start shipping theirs yesterday...

Anyone heard anything else about their amazon order? I know the est shipping date I have of July 2nd is just a placeholder date but am hoping someone else knows something more concrete.
