You could send your phone my way. Lol. I actually had issues with my hydro vibe. I contacted Kyocera and they told me to contact Virgin Mobile. They may help with any software/hardware related issues.

I have the same problem. when i try to boot into recovery mode it makes past the android splash to kyocera logo. then an androids image loading. the immmediatly shuts back off. without giving recovery options. should i say **** it and get a new phone?:'(:'(:mad::mad::'(:'(:mad::mad:
