Re: Official feedback thread for new forum design! Love the design. It'd be great if, after replying to a post, the next message said "in reply to 'so and so'", instead of having to hit "Quote". I replied to a post today, but someone else thought it was directed at them.

I know what you mean. I just switched back to iPhone for a bit and the App Store is definitely not as user friendly as Google Play, and copying files is definitely a pain!

I'll totally agree with you on Apple putting its customers in a box, and the host of Google apps are WAY better than iCloud. Having to save stuff to iCloud and then get it back down again is cumbersome and maddening. The interface is a joke. Good call.

I agree. Launchers are what keep me loving Android and will likely always keep me coming back.

What's making you think of switching?

I love the versatility in file support on Android too. Especially when it comes to ringtones. It's awesome that you can just load a song and in most cases make it your ring tone. The hoops you have to jump through with iOS are cumbersome and not worth the time.

I know exactly what you mean. I went from iPhone 5 to Galaxy S5, and I liked Android better, but then I started using a Moto X Pure Edition and now I use a 6P and I don't think I could even go back to Samsung at this point. Stock Android is just clean and gorgeous.

Oh, ok fair enough. I thought maybe you had started out with Android and felt it a good fit from the start. I totally agree; the lack of file support on an iPhone is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Android.

So you have no reason to switch and therefore don't even think about switching. Have you ever used iPhone? If not and you started with iPhone, do you think you'd feel the same about iOS?

Totally. Being put into a box and only allowed certain privileges isn't what having a smartphone should be about.

I feel the same. Apple puts you in their box and you must think inside of it or you're gonna have a bad time. I also watched my first two Apple events this year and telling people your phone is the "best" does not make it so. It also gets pretty stale about a half hour in.

I'm the exact same. Only reason I switched to the iPhone 7 for a bit was because it was flashy and new and I wanted to have fun with iMessage again. That wore off pretty dang quickly.
