Re: WiFi issues on 4.3 Not a bad note, I've never seen this issue when it wouldn't have naturally occured (ie too far from the access point) since rooting and disabling VzCID was one of the things I did on root.

Blocking mode is accessible in 4.3 via the notification panel and settings and can be triggered by any app that uses samsung profile switches (such as secure settings)

Set to google voice or Samsung voice in settings? Which navigation app (google maps? Vzw navigator? Some other?) Which music app is doing the playing (or multiple?) Anything else we need to know (rooted? Build of GS4 (MDK ME7 MI7 MJ1).

Re: WiFi issues on 4.3 Factory reset, should be no wipe, will fix this issue (as long as you aren't rooted, if you are rooted its probably Knox and you may have to unroot and maybe even repair via kies/vzw repair

For those only experiencing the warning and no bad effects (unlike me) freezing via titanium backup removed the warning (freeze all knox listings)

It also seems to occur for me on Pattern Lock Change for Secure settings. Any one else? Also won't a factory reset remove the root which currently can only occur via MI1 and not once updated MJ7

Have you tried sending to several different people on multiple networks? Is 4G/3G currently connected?

wow, this one is actually quite easy, the phone is still cdma. Cdma can't disconnect call waiting calls until both are ended (Example here http://forums.crackberry.com/blackberry-bold-9930-9900-f235/vzw-9930-call-hold-flash-option-cdma-vs-gsm-issue-755315/) This occurs for all VZW (Sprint etc)...
