But AFAIK older Google pixel received Ultra HDR mode for camera software as well as HDR screen mode to show those still pictures but on Samsung side, s24 came with Super HDR and screen HDR for stills but S23 update did did not receive any of those...

I hope the partnership includes camera processing from Google because I went from a Pixel 2 to a Galaxy S23 ultra and in most cases I prefer the pictures from pixel 2 camera. And all gcam mods can't take advantage of the 50 or 200MP sensor in S23 so I'm a bit disappointed with image processing...

Coming from a Nexus 5, now I don't need to carry a power bank wherever I go, I feel that battery has 3x more capacity even though it's just 2x but screen is bigger and CPU stronger, storage is encrypted (also should have some negative impact in CPU/battery usage), I don't know how they did it...

OIS will always benefit, even big DSLR have OIS lens available. For low light and video it will help a lot... I'm still not beliving these Nexus from 2015 won't have OIS. They have a sensor with same size as niside Sony Z5 and sony has no camera hump. Huawei Mate S has OIS and no camera hump...
