Anyone have any luck using Android Auto with a Note 5? Just got a 2016 Camaro 2SS and it is supposed to be compatible with android auto but it won't recognize phone at all when connected with the USB cable, and yes using original cable. Thanks Posted via the Android Central App

Yeah I'm having the same issues, I get random disconnects... a restart on gear s and phone both seems to help the issue for day or so... Posted via the Android Central App

Just a warning to anyone traveling with the gear s. I recently took a few flights traveling to Costa Rica, shortly after arriving went into a pool with my gear s on like normal.... Then I notice it's no longer working. Even though the water damage indicator under the Sim card showed no water...

There is an app on app store called "gear s notification extender" seems to be working so far. Using textra at the moment, and am able to read and reply from watch just like stock messaging app... Posted via the Android Central App

Just curious if while using textra or other text apps... When you go to ultra power saving mode can you still send/receive texts since only stock is supported in that mode? Or will it change to stock on its own? Posted via Android Central App

Also got this today... Only thing I have noticed is a new battery icon on the top left of screen while in power saving mode. Too early to tell if there are any changes to battery life. Posted via Android Central App

Go to settings, then notification panel... Should be an option to show/hide brightness adjustment Posted via Android Central App

Go to power saving mode and uncheck the box that says "block background data" ... Once that is cleared you will have access to the restrict data settings on individual apps again. Posted via Android Central App

Try removing your SD card... Had same issues with mine a while back. Removing the SD card fixed my issues. Just to swap it out with a new one. Posted via Android Central App
