Hi all, Whenever I take a photo with the flash (which is rare) the phone takes the flash then immediately switches off! The only way to get it back on again is to take the battery out and in. Very bizarre! This is my 2nd G4 after the first one bootlooped. Anyone else seen this?

I connected to LG Bridge and there was an option on the 3rd tab (sorry this is from memory) something along the lines of "update error recovery" which I think repaired/reinstalled the update which seems to have resolved the issue.

Redoing the Marshmallow update seems to have worked in LG Bridge. WIFI and some other app issues have been resolved which is nice! Thanks for your help

Probably stupid question - will a factory reset keep the marshmallow install? And how do you start in safe mode? Thanks!
