mine works wonderfully... I never had any problems. I would suggest getting an otter box style case and some Bluetooth ear buds. I hate using it on my ear... the possibility of some young punk running up and stealing it... I give the phone a 10... I just wish Verizon would release kit kat a lot...

I'm starting to think it's the wifi??? If I remember my networking education wifi can only handle so many users at once... my note 3 works magic everywhere I go except at work. the building is predominantly wifi and my phone is just another user... while im watching Netflix I get a buffering...
