no ad guards and does it on other wifi networks. This is coming from opening it up new in box. It's also all up to date for software patches. Resetting network settings does not help. It did appear though safe mode worked better than s21 though. so it gives me some hope that this could be fixed...

Hi Thank you for looking out! So the security patch level is most recent (March 1st, 2022). No VPN on router or device. Safe mode on the s21 ultra was no good but on the s22 ultra it ranges from poor performance to good but it also appears like it keeps a constant connection near and far as well...
