Oreo 8.1.0 Galaxy Halo j727 For some reason my gallery app is showing blank grey squares with exclamation point in them. This happen by itself at random times. Any idea what's causing this? Should i be concerned? (black square=my censorship)

Phone is Galaxy Halo j727az on cricket network. Every day at the same time, between 5p and 6p the phone just locks up. Takes extremely long time time to do anything, 3 buttons at bottom of screen do nothing. I don't see anything showing up as downloading or anything.. Any ideas?
