I have a Samsung Tab S2, and have just reset it back to new as it had lots of rubbish on it. The problem I have run into is that on power on, the page loaded is the briefing page.Swiping it takes me to my pin login page and then my home page. Before I did the hard reset, I never had this page...

Sorry, but another question. My laptop connects quite happily now to my lap top, but when I try my wife's iPhone or iPad with my new password, both her devices say...incorrect password ! Do I have to do something with her devices .?

THANKS. I had no idea you could delete the password and setup your own. I assumed that the password was generated by the phone automatically and that was it. Again, I really appreciate your advice....now back to our holiday !

On holiday with an unexpected problem. I cannot connect my laptop to my HTCM9 hotspot.It keeps saying login details are incorrect, but after 3/4 attempts I know it is correct. The login name is however,strange as it used to be HTC Hotspot, now I get the following: Portable hotspot...

I keep getting a voice message that my battery is overheating. ?..any ideas why this should be...I'm not downloading, just using it in the usual way.

Playing around, I've locked my screen with the 4 digit pin, but, how do I now unlock it ? !

Another quick one if I may. Unbeknown to me, after copying I have had a couple of videos stop short about 10 minutes or so from the end...very frustrating ! I am now going to have to check each one , just to make sure the whole DVD is copied.

Thanks for your reply...(apologies for my slow response....UK time difference.) I have just copied 'Wall Street' to both the device and card. The device playback is fine, but the message I get with card playback using the card reader/PC is 'Error can't open file. The Media type of file is not...
