Samsung has told me and there u break I fix locations they cannot repair my phone I have to send it in. Has anyone with s8 active had repairs done without sending it in cause that's totally unacceptable I need my phone. Seems to me we have another win for apple.

I love my s8 active. Unfortunately there is a few flaws after updates and some things from day 1 all minor. Either way its not 100%. They make you send this phone into be fixed. Are they serious that ridiculous. All there other phones you can go to u break I fix or there experience store I...
