Do what I did and check the volume with another set of headphones/earbuds. The sound without earbuds is loud on mine and I have a hearing disability. Earbuds make it easier for us deaf people and I'll use my old ones until the Samsung replacements come in.

The easiest solution is the stop eating over there. The grease level in your body will go down from one gallon to half a tablespoon!:cool:

I just posted about the earbuds/headset that came with my phone. They cut the volume in half compared to all the other earbuds I own. They were obviously defective and Samsung is send some new ones to me.
