    I had the same problem as you OP,and this worked. either push the file onto the SD card or drag it on with a card reader, boot into recovery/clockwork, run the update and it will totally rid you of voodoo. Good luck!

    Speak Incoming Caller ID + Ringtone?

    Is there a setting to get the phone to read the incoming caller ID, and then play the ringtone? The only option I can find is on or off, and when set to on, it just repeats the caller ID over and over. Thank You

    I don't think its actually Bing itself, rather the fact that it is forced down your throat with no easy way to change it.
