When I took off the screen protector that came with the phone I noticed a lot of drag, but that went away in about a day or 2. Not sure if you have just bought the phone but it might be what you are experiencing. I am very happy with the smoothness now with no protector on. Hope that helps

I just got my patriot class 10 16GB in the mail. Tried Nookie and everything went fine, now I get reboots also. Bought it also from Newegg. They have only good things to say about it as far as I can tell and I thought Patriot was a pretty good brand. Should I RMA?

This process in no way modifies the NC right? What I mean is, if I took out the micro sd card out of it, it would just boot back into plain vanilla NookColor 1.0.1? Sorry if this question has been answered, just haven't found it anywhere.

I uninstalled it until they make available such basics as sorting contacts by user choice and allow you to turn off hundreds of offline contacts. I used it on a N95 and it was so much better than what this is. In my opinion they should have not released it until some of these settings were...

I'll use it once you can sort or disable viewing offline contacts. Essentially too few configurable settings for what I would like. Until that happens I will use Nimbuzz.

I am interested to know this as well. Does verizon use some tools to check this or do they start charging you once you are over your monthly data allowance?

It'd be kinda nice if you could also move the call to background and continue on whatever you were doing. Perhaps this is possible but I have not figured it out yet.

Yeah I can also confirm that it actually does work. I tried what was posted on phandroid and it worked with no issues at all.

Seems like the keyboard light is also on and off a lot when i type on it. I will be playing some with the dimming settings to see if I can adjust it so it works a little better. Wonder if this is reason enough to look for a replacement.
