Sorry to be a bit vague on this but the same thing happened to me with my S6 about 6 months ago. I went on the Samsung website and found instructions to reboot the phone by holding a combination of the volume controls and power button for 20 seconds. Sure enough it sprung into life. Sorry I cant...
