40. AT&T version, though I haven't used it very much since I upgraded my phone to the Note 4 back in May. I've got about 6 months left on my data contract wit AT&T. Once that expires, I'll probably hand it over to one of my kids.

Have you tried all of the usual troubleshooting steps? Clear cache, soft reset, uninstall/reinstall the app/hard reset, etc. Also, there is a dedicated forum specifically for the Note 4. You may want to repost this message in there as you will find many Note 4 users who really know their stuff.
