I workarounded this issue by doing a factory reset. After running for a few days, I hit this issue again...

I am having exact same issue today. The phone ask for password unlock, and after enter the correct password, the home screen seems crashed and restarted, and ask for password unlock again (and again). Clearing cache does not help. I do not want to clear data, and hope to find a way to fix this...
