After what seems like forever, I found the setting to fix this stupid issue! Its hidden! I tried the settings for it in the normal places and none of them worked. 1) Pull down your notification panel 2) Long press on your alarm notification 3) Select "Don't silence" 4) Select "Done" Whew...

I'm having the exact same issue! Did you ever fix it? I'm going crazy! I've tried turning on the "show silently" then a power off and restart. then turning it back off and doing another power off and restart. Nothing works. No matter what I do, this is all I get.
