No problems for me. I would first power cycle both your Nexus 5 and your old phone to see if the change takes. If not, call Tmobile and find out what the deal is.

What is the sorting office? Is this situation unique to your UPS branch, or is it UPS-wide policy. I ask because my phone is about 15 minutes away and my branch has hours from 10-2 on Saturday. I am guessing I won't be able to pick it up though.

Did sprint send you chocolate muffins instead of that blue case? You got a great deal, I would have much preferred a muffin if given the choice.

I love most of it - screen is great and the phone is blazing fast. It works great over wifi, but on the data networks it is sloooow. I am not sure if that is due to a better radio on my OG EVO or if the phone being so fast on wifi makes the data networks feel slower.
