It seems like there may be a few different apps causing an issue like this...in my case apparently it was touchpal...at least it looks like it's fixed since I uninstalled it.

I have the same issue...I looked for cm security in my apps, although if it's a downloadable app, I don't think I've ever downloaded it. I don't think I downloaded anything new before I started getting the screen, although some of my apps might have updated. Is there anything else I can try.

None of these suggestions have gotten rid of this screen for me, unless I missed something. Has anyone done anything that actually works for this issue specifically? I only get this screen when I plug my phone in to charge Here's what it looks like...the menu button only pulls up a check box...
