    I'm going to say...not anytime soon. My Z2 Play on Verizon just got the update to Oreo this past January.

    Well, FINALLY. Got the notification that Oreo is available. I'm on Verizon in Montana, U.S. I should also note that it is VZW branded.

    Maybe that's why the Verizon Z2 plays haven't received the Oreo update. Instead they'll be jumping straight to Pie (Hopefully!) *fingers crossed*.

    Have you done all the app and software updates? I know it took a few hours when i first got mine to get all the updates done. Sorry you're having such trouble. Maybe you just got a lemon. I've had mine for 3 months and haven't ran into the issues you're having. This is the best phone I've owned.

    Would you recommend a Moto Z2 Play? Are you satisfied?

    Best phone I've ever had, hands down. I've had it for...2 months - no reboots, no lag, no stutter - even with having screen on full brightness and fiddling with game on it for an hour or so, I'm still left with plenty of battery to get me through the day.
