In better news, I just applied one of the screen protectors that I ordered and it went on beautifully. Not one bubble and its laying down completely flat.

And its not like I cant afford the 35 bucks. Its the principle of it.

Ugggh. Well I ordered one on Amazon that got decent reviews. So fingers crossed. But yes guys I agree. I dont remember the guy who sold me the phone taking it off but if he did I would have thought that it was just one of those stickers that comes on electronics and thought nothing of it. Maybe...

I know. I wish I was confrontational but I'm just not. I just purchased the phone on Sunday so I have some time.

Well I just called the store I bought it at. He insists that they do not sell used phones, and that the rep who sold me the phone must have taken it off. He said I could bring this in and exchange it for 35 dollars. Ugggh

I did email a guy I often work with in customer service and he told me to go back to store and if its a production defect they will give me all my "options" I feel like the only option should be to give me a new phone. I just can't shake the feeling that I didn't get a new one.

Re: pre-installed screen protector Ok....So I just watched a video and watched a guy remove his pre-installed screen protector, and i noticed the recess for the selfie screen. I'm now positive my phone didn't come with one. What does that mean? Was this owned by someone else? It looks perfect...

just picked up my S20 tra yesterday. I seriously cannot detect the screen protector at all! I'm afraid its not there, and wondering if I should try to peel it up to be sure or what! I ordered some just in case, but I also don't want to but one on tip of another.

I have been tapping at the top of the phone where the card is and it goes away w/out rebooting.....Not sure if it's loose or what, it's annoying.

Bizarre. Well so far so good today.....i may open the sim area and just make sure its in tightly.

Ugggh I keep getting this message. Of course it didn't start until the mm update :(. Any ideas? If i restart my phone it will go away.....sometimes for 5 minutes.....sometimes 5 days. Of course i have NO clue how to use that little tool thingy to get the sim card are open. FML.
