I sent the phone back to ebay seller No more unbranded phones

I have Tmobile as carrier but the phone I purchased is not tmobile branded So I am guessing this is flashed phone from Asia. Is it possible to flash this phone to Tmobile ROM and that way will it have WIFI CALL feature?

Thanks so how do I tell what kind of flash or ROM it has currently? I assume there are different kinds of ROMs. And once I found what kind of ROM it has been flashed to , then how do I know it supposed or not connect to towers in Turkey?

I just checked my phone is PN 01720 so what does this mean? Why is it not getting 4G LTE?

I have been using LTE on my N4 for long time now but the other day I think I pressed a button which I am not suppoed to. And now LTE is not working no internet when I choose LTE but there is internet on 3g Can someone help me? or direct me to a website for me to fix this issue?

Nexus 4 has handwriting recognition I use handrite app Maybe I am asking too much but I thought these apps were converting handwriting style to texts. So at the end notes would look like you typed in with keyboard. Any app doing that?

I understand but I feel more comfortable with handwriting So why do you think paid apps will work but free ones don't?

I called the google csr and they said nexus 4 has the capability of recognizing handwriting so I downloaded evernote and papyrus but they don't recognize my handwriting Is anyone successful?
