I second that. I have the Indian variant and call quality is simply superb irrespective of the signal strength.

It's a classic phone and I plan to keep it till it lasts.

Doing a software reinstallation vs fixing a hardware issue for a water proof phone are very different jobs and they can't be compared.

No GPS issue with v20.

Its a network based time issue.

At least in India we get 6 month free screen replacement warranty against any mishap from LG.

Both phones are really good. I would recommend v20 over g6.

I am facing the same issue with lg v20 on my mac. So i removed the sd card and put it in the sd card reader and the result is the same. Guess it is coz of default encryption. Now i put another sd card in my card which was working fine a while ago and the result is the same. Guess something to do...

LG V20 got an update in May straight after Dec so you can imagine the time they take. FYI, 7.1.2 is being planned to roll out by end of this month/early July
