What android menu are you talking about? Do you mean the app drawer, the list of all your apps? If so, can you access the app in any other way still? Check if it still appears in your Settings > apps. This happened to me also a while ago on my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 GT-I8160 running Vanir AOSP...
