    SMS Apps Do Not Show Sent Messages

    I tried these steps (turning off Advanced Messaging on native Note8 messaging app), then marked Textra as default messaging app. I still do not have any of my sent messages from the previous messaging app... only the received messages

    When will you bring back the ability to assign text sounds to individual contacts?

    So SMS Popup and Textra both have this feature. What about Google Messages? Do any of them allow for changing the background for each person you’re messaging?

    No more separate notification tones in Oreo?

    It sounds like Google Contacts does not allow for individual customized text tones for each user. What about Android Messages? I see that Textra definitely allows this. If I install Textra, will I lose the messages I already have in my Samsung Messaging app? Or will those messages transfer over?
