It has to be a location situation. I am on my third G2 and I JUST made my first call with it and it was to my voicemail and same situation. I know the Note3 had this situation as well and Sprint sent a software update which fixed this problem. I hope they do the same with the G2.

Since you have been able to utilize this phone on the Sprint network for 10 days. A couple of questions I have. 1) How is the signal strength of this phone compared to other Sprint phones? 2) How is the earpiece and mic when actually talking on the phone?
