We can close this out. I found the suspect.... an app called AuraBox for an led speaker I have.

Thanks for the translation. The message does not appear in safe mode. Now I just have to find out which app it is. Is there a way to disable apps, or will force closing work?

Thanks for the welcome! I forgot to mention all searches suggested ES file explorer, however I don't have that installed. I haven't installed anything new recently and this just started happening immediately after the update.
