Do you have the original fast charging cable? Check to make sure all of these I list below arent a factor: 1. The cable is broken. 2. Its not a strong enough charge. 3. Make sure its charging as AC and not USB. 4. Make sure it says its fast charging. If all above is okay then its the battery...
