Thank you. It didn't quite work, as its 2+ years later, but I was no where close to a solution, then KhMama's solution worked on my Galaxy S10e

Thank you! This worked on my Galaxy S6, after I fruitlessly uninstalled Updates, Cleared Cache, Manage Space> Cleared All Data on Google. Your explanation of Philcraft's TalkBack solution made it clear.

In my Galaxy S6 Display is listed under Device. Wallpaper is under Personal. Neither give screen rotation in my S6. I have access it from the drop down menu.
