Never mind After some more looking, I found the answer I was after. I did the hack ROM v3 update so I have the 1.49 bootloader and therefore cannot go back. The sad thing is I did the upgrade 3 days before the OTA update started.

Auto bluetooth woes I too have found that my car no longer works with the phone. Drat! I'm trying to go back to 1.5 if possible.

My Eris with the original 1.5 worked beautifully with the bluetooth in my car. After the 2.1 update, it does not work at all. I would rather have the bluetooth work than have the improvements in 2.1. So, I want to go back to 1.5. Both Verizon and HTC have told me that I'm out of luck...
