I get the same error when I try to enter that menu. It's been that way the entire time I've had the phone; even on KitKat. My wife's Note 4 does it too; we bought them about 4 months ago. Posted from my SM-N910A

Re: Note 4 and Best Cases I'm currently using the Verus Damda Slide in gold. It's a good protection case with a slide out card compartment on the back that you can put a couple credit cards in. I also have the official Samsung Protective Case for when I want a thin case. Posted from my SM-N910A

I would like to know the answer to this as well. I have the AT&T Note 4 and every time I check for the update it fails and says "Software Update Interrupted". Does anyone know if this is normal if AT&T hasn't pushed the update to my phone yet? Or is something wrong? Posted from my SM-N910A
