Ok i did this .... I unplugged the Moto X4 from my Pc and turned off the Phone and removed SDCard and cleaned the gold bits of the card on a cloth and reinserted card and now music folder is loading to card with no problems . I guess this will be done a lot in future.

So i had this tiny headache called the voice mail icon which kept popping up every time i switched on my Moto 4X ....How to remove it ,, switch off your mobile/Cellphone and leave a message using a land line or other mobile .Now ring your voice mail using your cell phone and delete the message...
