    Google now broken?

    I am sorry to be beginner, but my wife is having the same problem and she is having withdrawals from surfing. I am not a wiz with computers so please talk down to me. Where do I find the cache, data, force stop. I assume the re-boot is the "power off" Thanks for any help!
