Pie seems to eat more battery than Oreo. Yesterday afternoon, my phone started getting pretty hot for no apparent reason, and killing all apps didn't fix it. I rebooted the phone, and that seemed to take care of whatever the offending process was. Pixel 2 XL

Re: Cleaning and sanitizing you S9 Just a soft cloth, damp if necessary. Occasionally use a couple shots from a can of compressed air to clean out the speaker grills--short, sweeping bursts about 6" away from the phone to avoid damaging the speakers.

My first Android phone is my just over two-week-old Google Pixel 2 XL, originally running 8.0 Oreo and now on 8.1. All my previous smartphones ran some flavor of Windows. The almost 15-year ride was mostly good while it lasted, mostly. Glad to be on Android now.
