    My Note 2 is frozen. Cannot boot it at all.

    I'm trying to avoid sending it in. I'd like to extract the data myself it possible, but if not, then off it goes.

    I have tried multiple cable and have even tried a spare, fully charged battery. The device does not respond when plugged into the laptop. Both myself and a provider clerk have tried a few things to revive it, but to no avail.
