    My Galaxy S5 powers down and pulse/vibe only will not transmit through my mhl/hdmi adapter, why?

    Hi, Did you factory reset your phone before getting a new phone from Tmobile? Also I looked on amazon and I notice that they have a MHL 3.0 (3rd generation) of the HDMI adapter, do you think that will work instead of factory reset or getting a new phone with 5.0?
