Note 10 plus in UAG Monarch case with white dome glass.

I used Rust-Oleum Camouflage Spray Khaki color. But now that it's daylight I see that a did a bad spray paint job :(

I had to tape it. The screws on the case are for decoration. The back support plate seems to be glued on to the black backing.

My note 10 plus seems the have more sound coming from the left part of the top ear piece than the right side. So when on a call I have to move the phone more to the left side on my ear to hear the person louder. Does anyone else of the problem? Or should I take it to Verizon to get replaced?
