I uninstalled light flow. The main LED notification through settings works but no other program can access the LED.

The LED indicator light on my Galaxy Note 3 does not seem to be working. It does show red when charged, and purple when restarting, but no other color ever shows up for any indication. I tried using the built in blue light for notifications with no success. I have also tried light manager...
